If you can grab this album for 20-30 dollars, it seems to me like a sound deal.
There are 120 emperors listed in the contents and throughout the album. You can easily fit cardboard 2x2s or flips (non-PVC!).
I've used standard 2x2 album pages for my own album books, but this one is nice to have since it covers emperors snugly and all in one album.
